We launched Gold Place Business Centre in 2010 responding to the needs of small and medium enterprises for high quality services of lease of office space, conference rooms and virtual offices at affordable prices.

Before Gold Place was established, the market had been divided into two distant segments. Clients could choose among companies offering their services either in unimpressive apartment blocks, squalid tenement houses and post-industrial buildings or in A-class office buildings in the very centre of Warsaw.

In the case of the former, low prices did not compensate for image losses and inconveniences frequently resulting from low standard of service. In the latter cases high price by far exceeded the financial capacity of smaller entrepreneurs.

Gold Place revolutionized the lease market of virtual offices, conference rooms and office space by offering its services in an A-class office building – Atrium Centrum, in the heart of Warsaw centre at Al. Jana Pawła II 27, at prices that are competitive and unprecedented in this class of office buildings. Since the start of our operations we have already been trusted by over 700 clients, and many of them have been with us since the founding of our company until this day.

With time Gold Place established regular cooperation with McCarthy & Taggart Group, which is currently managed by one of the original founders of Gold Place. Thanks to this cooperation we have been able to extend our offer by adding professional accounting services, legal services, company incorporation and sale of shelf companies, while having McCarthy & Taggart Group’s advisors available on-site, at a Gold Place office.
